What You'll Do for Us:

Partnering with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and develop innovative human resource solutions.

Driving change management processes that consider the employees and local cultural diversity and complexity.

Collaborating closely with the Global Culture & Engagement team, Leadership teams, and HR communities to implement the listening strategy and translate insights into actions.

Working with the PACS team, Talent and Development team, Bottling Partners, and other stakeholders to create an engaging culture and communication strategy.

Staying connected to industry trends and refreshing the organization's approaches to engagement and communication.

Qualifications & Requirements:

A University Degree (Master) or equivalent experience.

7+ years of prior experiences in Human Resources for a global company.  

Proven experience in HR business partnership, consulting, and coaching.

Expertise in talent acquisition, employee and labor relations, and communications.

Knowledge of total rewards, succession planning, and organizational capability & development.

Pay Range:

$168,000 - $189,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.

Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:

Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
