We are seeking an accomplished and visionary leader at the PR4 level to join our Office Leasing Advisory team in Singapore. As a Senior Director, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our office leasing business, managing key client relationships, and leading a team of professionals. This role requires a deep understanding of the Singapore and regional office markets, exceptional business acumen, and the ability to influence at the highest levels of client organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the strategic vision for the Office Leasing Advisory business in Singapore, aligning with regional and global objectivesLead and mentor a team of leasing professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovationProvide high-level strategic advice to major landlords and occupiers on their office portfolios and real estate strategiesOversee complex, high-value office leasing transactions and negotiationsDrive business development initiatives to expand the client base and increase market shareCultivate and maintain relationships with C-suite executives, government officials, and other key stakeholdersCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated real estate solutions to clientsRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and in media engagementsContribute thought leadership on office market trends, workplace strategies, and the future of workMonitor and analyze market conditions, economic indicators, and regulatory changes to inform client strategiesParticipate in the firm's leadership committees and contribute to overall business strategy

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field; MBA or other relevant post-graduate qualification is highly desirable12+ years of experience in commercial real estate, with a strong focus on office leasing and a proven track record of successExtensive knowledge of the Singapore office market, as well as a good understanding of regional and global marketsDemonstrated ability to win and execute major office leasing mandatesStrong network of senior-level contacts in the real estate industry and among major corporate occupiers Valid real estate agent license in Singapore

Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teamsStrategic thinking and the ability to devise innovative solutions to complex real estate challengesOutstanding negotiation skills, particularly in handling high-stakes, complex transactionsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-suite executivesStrong financial acumen and the ability to analyze complex real estate dealsProficiency in utilizing market intelligence tools and CRM systems Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage
