Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech We are searching for the best talent for a Senior Director, National and Key Accounts to be located in Jacksonville, FL. **You will be responsible for:** + Proactively identify, establish and maintain strong working relationships with key decision makers in assigned National Retailers, Internet Channels, Private Equity and GPOs; + Proactively identify, establish and maintain short and long terms strategies and tactics for sustained growth with National Retailers, Mass, Internet, Private Equity, Club, Channels, GPOs and Managed Care + Serve as primary business contact and communication liaison with key National Retailers, Internet Channels and GPO accounts; Adhere to the tenets of the Vision Care Code of Ethics & the Johnson & Johnson Credo + Prepare and or review financial models to recommend and establish appropriate pricing tier(s) to meet customer's needs within Vision Care guidelines + Coordinates with multiple functional areas such as finance, sales, marketing and trade marketing as necessary; Creates, develops, and presents proposed contacts/plans to internal management for approval: With internal management approval, negotiates contract terms and recommends contract language that meets the needs of both the customer and Vision Care; + Review contract terms and conditions to ensure all customer, Vision Care, and J&J legal requirements are incorporated; understands customer's needs and establish specific business plans and solutions that meet those needs while driving Vision Care business objectives; + Monitors National Retailers, Internet Channels and GPO strategies and marketplace developments and communicates to internal management and the field appropriately; + Provides proactive and routine (monthly) insight into customer and category trends and projections; + Delivers distribution and supply chain solutions that meet customer's objectives; Active involvement in customer advisory boards and councils; Prepares appropriate marketing messages to promote Vision Care products among assigned National Retailers, Internet Channels and GPOs; Represent Vision Care at industry conventions; Including overseeing JJV (DOH) supply and business forecasts. + Key customer service liaison and coordinator within assigned accounts; Serves to coordinate activities between Vision Care and other J&J Operating Companies; Provides Regional contracting support and direction to field; Takes responsibility for training field sales on contract implementation guidelines and process; Monitors and measures contract compliance for National Retailers, Internet Channels, Private Equity and GPO rebates and other promotions offered by Vision Care as calculated by finance and marketing prior to disbursement/execution; + Represents Specialty Vision Care business units to assigned National Retailers, Internet Channels, Private Equity, and GPOs; Completes special projects as assigned; Maintain an awareness of the global strategy and presence of the assigned account and to collaborate with Vision Care colleagues in applicable regions/countries; Other responsibilities may be assigned & not all responsibilities listed may be assigned. **Requirements:** + A minimum of 10 years combined Sales, Strategic Account Management, or Marketing experience is required (sales, sales management, strategic account management, marketing, finance, general management). + Significant experience successfully managing multiple national accounts at the corporate level is required. (Target, Wal-Mart, Costco, etc). + Strong computer skills; Windows, word processing, project planning, presentation, email, flow charts & spreadsheet software. + The qualified candidate will possess prior experience working with budgeting or P&L. + Must also possess at least 5 years of people management experience. + Articulate and effective communicator - written & verbal - all levels; Ability to negotiate with and manage others through influence; High sense of urgency and ability to meet strict deadlines; Knowledge / understanding of; Business concepts & issues Complex market issues. + Contact lens experience preferred.
