JOB TITLE
Senior Director, Marketing Shared Services Operations

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a seasoned, strategic leader to oversee both the day‑to‑day operations and the strategic evolution of our global marketing shared services function. As Senior Director, Marketing, Shared Services Operations, you will lead a combined team of program managers — aligned to revenue marketing teams to manage priorities and cross‑functional coordination — and project managers — responsible for project setup, timelines, and execution tracking. This role ensures that marketing’s shared services deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standard, while continuously improving how we work.

The role encompasses three core priorities:

Business‑as‑Usual (BAU) Shared Services Oversight — managing governance, project workflow, and resourcing to keep shared services running efficiently and effectively.

Transformation — refining intake processes, improving resource allocation, and evolving the delivery model for greater speed, clarity, and impact.

Hybrid Right‑Shoring for Elastic Scale — designing and managing a model that complements in‑house capabilities with global partners, providing flexible capacity to meet changing business needs.

This is a pivotal leadership position that blends operational excellence with strategic vision — ensuring marketing’s shared services team delivers today while building the capabilities needed for the future.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

BAU Shared Services Oversight

Oversee program and project intake, prioritization, and health monitoring, including risk management and performance tracking.

Provide executive‑level reporting on operational metrics, portfolio health, and strategic initiatives.

Oversee budgets for shared services operations and programs, ensuring alignment with marketing’s financial goals.

Partner with Finance to track spend, forecast costs, and identify cost‑optimization opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS
