We are looking for an innovative expert strategy & solutions leader with a track record for driving new product capabilities from concept to successful delivery and market leadership. This role will be responsible for guiding the future of the Life Sciences Platform and our Product Strategy & Solutions lead in EMEA.
The role is highly cross-functional and requires a candidate that enjoys navigating ambiguity, working in a fast-paced startup like environment, aligning exec collaborators, collaborating with teams across time-zones and thinking globally. This leader is accountable to ACV and pipeline growth for the products, working in tight-knit collaboration with sales, sales enablement, alliances, marketing and products organizations. The individual is expected to work with senior level customer partners to drive adoption and growth.

Responsibilities:

Strategy & Roadmap

Contribute to & build a vision, roadmap and strategy for the Life Sciences Cloud and evangelize it with our customers, partners and employees

Leverage market analysis, competitive knowledge, and customer research to define product roadmap

Synthesize the needs across life science customers to build common components that can act as multiplier across different Industries.

Go to Market

Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy & plan in collaboration with: marketing, sales, sales enablement, alliances, sales support and product teams

Develop and curate sales enablement assets including presentations, videos, demos, solution maps, white papers, data sheets, etc.

Collaborate with SI and ISV teams to build solutions to drive incremental pipe and ACV

Perform the role of champion to promote, enable and evangelize the product and new features with marketing, sales, support, professional services, partners and customers.

Deliver thought leadership for industry products

Customer engagement

Engage directly with customers during pre-sales and post-sales implementations to ensure the product will help them reach their desired business outcomes.

Present product and roadmap to customer executives.

Drive customer advisory boards

Drive customer executive engagements

Qualifications:

High energy and passion for the job

10+ years experience working with or in the Life Sciences Industry with a strong understanding of the commercial sales & marketing functions

Experience selling, implementing, or managing Life Sciences commercial software applications. This role requires strong technical acumen

Experience leading and working with teams internationally

Experience in working in fast-paced startup environments

Travel - 25-50%

Strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience in high-level business discussions.

MBA preferred
