As the Head of Learning Enablement, you will lead all aspects of the learning enablement function including: Operational Effectiveness & Workforce Optimization, Knowledge Management & Maintenance,

Reporting, Impact Measurement & Insights, Financial Management & Vendor Optimization, as well as Operations Risk Management.  The ultimate goal of which is to optimize team performance and enable the Learning Studio to move at pace to curate learning solutions that address business needs.

You'll work in an agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to rapidly design, test, and iterate on learning solutions that meet the evolving needs of our organization. What will you do?

Lead for workforce capacity planning and resource deployment to squads (i.e., long-term planning and tactical execution)Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the learning studio goals to ensure the operational efficiency and effectivenessEnsure infrastructure and processes are agile enough to keep pace with rapid advancementsDrive proactive initiatives to improve learning studio velocity efficiency and optimize the flow of workLead the development and operation of a Single Pane of Glass for all RBC Learning operational metrics by business area including financialsPartner with Learning Business Leads to deliver business anchored learning metrics and insights aligned to business value and objectivesLeverage data analytics to assess operational performance and determine next best improvements actions and oversees the delivery of the improvements.

What do you need to succeed?

Must Have

Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to work across roles and levels, including senior stakeholders, to deliver actionable business insights related to Learning outcomesExperience leading and embedding behavioural or process change in complex environmentsPrior enablement/operations experience, including experience in agile delivery methods.Ability to use data as a directional navigation tool to prioritize and triage the top operational issues across the learning studio as well as to enable ROI measures for learning initiatives.Ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement changes to address operational challengesTechnical proficiency with operational tools and software that enhance productivity and streamline processes

Nice to Have  

Strong understanding of financial principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysisSkilled in facilitating group sessions, workshops and conflict resolution conversation.Certified or experienced in coaching, team coaching, agile coachingUnderstanding of the learning life cycle and passion for fostering a growth mindset within high performing teams.
