What the Information Technology Department does at Worldwide

The IT department is made up of seasoned professionals united in one common goal: to keep Worldwide’s technical infrastructure operating at the highest levels for our employees and our customers. We are a global team comprised of numerous professionals including cyber security, artificial intelligence, IT helpdesk, application support, and more. 

What you will do

Define the enterprise IAM strategy and roadmap.

Lead the and implementation of an IGA platform (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt).

Design and implement access lifecycle workflows (joiner/mover/leaver).

Establish role-based access control (RBAC) and enforce least privilege policies.

Lead privileged access management (PAM) rollout.

Integrate IAM processes with HR, ITSM, and security systems (e.g., Workday, Jira, Zscaler).

Develop metrics and reporting to monitor IAM posture and compliance.

Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing IAM team. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability. 

Serve as a key stakeholder in Zero Trust, compliance, and audit readiness initiatives.

                 
What you will bring to the role

Deep understanding of identity lifecycle management and governance models.

Experience implementing enterprise-grade IGA tools (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt).

Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, conditional access, SSO, MFA.

Strong leadership, program management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Experience in regulated industries with audit and compliance frameworks (e.g., GxP, HIPAA).

Your experience

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Security, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Minimum of 12 years of experience in IAM, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.

Proven success in building or maturing IAM functions and leading enterprise tool rollouts.

Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or vendor-specific IAM credentials are a plus.
