Job Description Summary:
The Senior Director, Global Systems Asset Reliability, will enable high performance and reliability for the TCCC global workplace locations, and assets including the corporate aviation fleet and hangar location. In coordination and full collaboration with the GRW Facility Management teams and GRW Capability Centers, the Senior Director, Global Systems Asset Reliability is responsible for implementing a strategic asset management plan to integrate operational systems including building condition assessments, maintenance programs, EHS, life-cycle asset management, energy management approach all through leveraging 3rd party service providers and incorporating Coca-Cola’s KORE Technical Requirements.
Develops analysis methods to determine reliability of components, equipment, and processes. Acquires and analyzes data from internal GRW teams and partners to continually improve maintenance program strategy to meet outcomes-based performance measures. Conducts ongoing maintenance maturity assessments to assure progress to plan. Oversees root cause failure analysis (RCFA) of equipment failures to determine the required corrective action for the situation.
What You’ll Do for Us
Developing the Capability Center
Asset Management
Support all efforts in the execution of region and site level Asset Management & Reliability programs and processes, including aviation to effectively increase equipment/system reliability and compliance.Coordinates the use of other engineers, technicians, and third-party resources to accomplish the objective of cost-effective Asset Management & Reliability improvements for asset maintenance and projects.Reliability
Equipment preventative maintenance (PM) task creation and management for continuous improvement and PM optimization.Responsible for ranking the criticality of the assets under GWS care, typically using Reliability Centered Maintenance approaches, and for defining the proactive maintenance approaches that are cost-beneficial to the business.Create and conduct Reliability studies, as well as understanding drawings and schematics.Create risk mitigation strategies for critical assets that can be deployed across the asset portfolio.Investigate new technologies for reliability improvements.Considers impact of costs on recommended action plans for avoiding/correcting problems during the design phase or remedial action for correcting reliability problems on installed equipment; performs root cause failure analysis to help prevent failures.Facilitates/supports operational event and equipment failure investigations to ensure that the root cause/causal factors have been identified, corrective actions prescribed, and follow-up monitoring conducted as applicable, to determine effectiveness.Condition Based Maintenance
The understanding of moving and rotating equipment such as pumps, motors, gearboxes, etc., from an operations and maintenance perspective, mechanically and electrically.Experience with Root Cause Analysis, Building Condition Assessments, Equipment Criticality Ranking, PM optimization, Defect Elimination, and/or Failure Modes and Effects Analysis.Workflow Management
Maintain complete and accurate records/plans within computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) related to equipment, specifications data, BOM, failure history, etc.Ensure and maintain the appropriate Maintenance and Reliability metrics are in place throughout the location and assets, (planned/unplanned work, planning/scheduling metrics, cost metrics, MTBF, replacement asset value, etc.).Ensure asset and equipment history is maintained and analyzed for future trendsCapital Asset Renewal/Capital Planning
Execute multi-discipline building condition assessments across global portfolio including manufacturing, lab, office, and retail locations. Document and prioritize asset and building conditions to evaluate remaining useful life. Document findings in detailed written report, database, and report in dashboard format.Compile and prioritize portfolio wide findings for short- and long-range capital planning and lifecycle asset management programs.Supports commissioning activities for all upgrade, renovation, and construction projects which may include, but not limited to, PM job plans, reviews for maintainability, critical spares, documentation, etc.Communication Complexities

This role must develop transformational approaches to solve problems related to the workplace and identify, study and resolve the associated issues and barriers to keep initiatives moving forward and effectively mitigate/manage the associated risk.Qualifications & Requirements

Pay Range:
$169,000 - $190,200Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
