We’re looking for a Senior Director, Europe & MENA Revenue Operations Business Partners to serve as a strategic business leader to our Europe and MENA Revenue organisations.
As Senior Director, Europe & MENA Revenue Operations Business Partners, you’ll improve our global revenue team's scalability, agility, and productivity, driving cadences and operations in alignment with our GTM Leadership teams. You will do this through a combination of analytical insight, strong business acumen, ability to partner and influence both sales leaders as well as leaders in the cross functional roles that support sales such as Marketing, Finance and HR.
This position reports to the VP, Revenue Operations Business Partners and is based out of our European Hub in Dublin, Ireland.
What you’ll do:
Serve as a trusted advisor to Europe & MENA GMs and Revenue leaders, acting as their primary partner within Revenue Operations to know, execute, plan and evolve the business.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Analytics, Enablement, Strategy, Data, Marketing, Product, and Revenue to solve challenges and drive growth
Build strong internal networks to lead change, surface field insights, and prioritize initiatives that boost productivity.
Coach and develop Revenue Business Partners and future field leaders through effective performance management and succession planning.
Lead the regional Revenue Business Partner team to drive performance and productivity as they:
Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales and Success leaders, guiding standard cadences like forecasting, pipeline reviews, and QBRs.
Analyze performance gaps, deliver actionable insights, and design impactful plays, SPIFFs, and programmes in partnership with central teams.
Own regional annual planning to align goals, targets, and territory strategies that optimize sales productivity and resource allocation.
Develop deep expertise in our industry, revenue drivers, and customer segments.
Collaborate with central teams to ensure data accuracy and implement operational improvements that deliver measurable financial impact
What we’re looking for:
BS degree is preferred; MBA or similar advanced degree a plus
12–15+ years of progressive experience in Revenue, Sales, or Customer Success Operations, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles managing global or multi-regional teams.
Proven success in strategic planning, performance management, and operational execution within complex, matrixed, and international organisations
Experience at large-scale, global technology companies; enterprise software background strongly preferred
Trusted people leader with a strong track record of managing and developing high-performing, cross-functional teams
Strong executive presence and ability to influence at the GM and C-suite level without direct authority
Demonstrated success driving alignment on strategic initiatives such as annual planning, territory optimisation, and sales productivity improvements
Skilled at developing and executing data-driven strategies using industry benchmarks, performance metrics, and innovative analytical approaches
Deep experience in operational excellence, operating rhythms, process improvement, and organizational design
Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, with experience presenting to large groups and aligning diverse stakeholders
Agile and adaptable, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-change environmentsAdditional InformationBase Pay Range €170,400 - €234,300.
