We aim to deliver a simplified digital capability, enabling seamless client service, business growth, and productivity for teams.The Digital Product Manager will have accountability for the end-to-end digital advisor and client experience. They will also oversee all in-segment and T&O application development priorities and spending. Lastly, the Digital Product Manager will be responsible for all external vendor relationship and internal product management.

What is the opportunity?
Wealth Management Asia (“WMA”) is on a journey to transform the digital advisor and client experience to enable our Advisors and their teams to focus on what matters most: providing our clients with the AAA experience. We aim to deliver a simplified digital capability, enabling seamless client service, business growth, and productivity for teams.
The Digital Product Lead will have accountability for the end-to-end digital advisor and client experience. They will also oversee all in-segment and T&O application development priorities and spending. Lastly, the Digital Product Lead will be responsible for all external vendor relationship and internal product management.
Reporting into the COO, WM Asia with a dotted line to the Head of Technology for WM-US and WM Asia, the Digital Product Lead will regularly update the Asia Operating Committee and participating in WM Initiative Review Board and other Global WM initiatives aimed at tracking the execution of our funded projects.
What will you do?
Work with all teams in WM Asia to translate user needs and market trends into a clear and compelling long term vision/strategy for the product.Define, optimize, and improve the user experience across the platforms, clearly communicating priority roadmap items. Partner with technology and business teams to deliver a simple and intuitive platform embedded with data and AI.Partner with Design, Research, Operations, Training, Communications, Change Enablement, etc. to achieve all roadmap outcomes.Review requirements to ensure alignment to product experience objectives.Evolve our operating model to enable transparency and agility across delivery.What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
Minimum 10 years of experience in a strategy, change management, technology or digital products, particularly in end-to-end user experience. Proven ability to implement user focused digital solutions that drive engagement and business growth.Strong understanding of modern digital product development practices.Demonstrated experience working effectively with agile cross functional teams, including technology, design and business stakeholders. Experience managing initiatives from conception through implementation, ensuring timely and successful delivery.Ability to navigate a complex environment across business, technology, and user experience.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
