**WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH**
The Senior Director, DEI Global Operations & Partnerships is critical to shaping and executing the organization's overarching strategic vision and mission by ensuring operational excellence across the global DEI organization. The person in this role will partner closely with the DEI and HR Leadership team, Legal, Communications, and People Analytics teams.
**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
Serving as a critical partner to the DEI Leadership team, this role champions strategic initiatives, fosters innovation, and evaluates performance metrics to drive sustainable success in a dynamic landscape.
This role needs analytical rigor, and the ability to drive cross-functional alignment to achieve key priorities while measuring the impact and success of these efforts. By monitoring industry trends and data analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and optimizing processes & ways of working, this role ensures the organization remains agile and innovative. The role requires a seasoned strategic thinker and skilled communicator capable of navigating various internal and external business partners, managing cross-functional collaboration, and building partnerships to influence positive change. This role will lead a team of people leaders who are responsible for managing Operations, Partnerships, and Communications.
+ A minimum 10 years’ directly relevant experience.
+ A Master’s Degree in Human Resources or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
+ Strategic Planning: Deep process development and execution of operational strategies to align with organizational objectives, ensuring optimized resource use and sustainable growth.
+ Stakeholder Engagement: Build strategic relationships and unite stakeholders around clear objectives to drive measurable impact across regions.
+ Communication: Confidence in leading and complex conversations while fostering a culture of stewardship and belonging across Senior Leaders brands, regions, and geographies.
**WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON**
Strategic:
+ Develop and Implement Strategic Plans: Create and execute operational strategies that align with organizational objectives, ensuring optimal resource utilization, sustainable growth, and effective direction across global operations.
+ Drive External Partnerships: Establish and foster strategic relations with external partners and stakeholders to unlock new opportunities, strengthen organizational positioning, and expand global reach.
+ Monitor and Report Results: Analyse key performance indicators across the DEI team to measure impact and success. Assess the effectiveness of strategic initiatives, providing comprehensive, data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement on a global scale.
+ Strategic Thought Partner: Collaborate with peers and leaders globally to identify and address opportunities through actionable, business-focused strategies tailored to diverse global and regional needs.
Operational:
+ Global Operations Management: Develop and implement strategic plans that align with organizational objectives to optimize resource utilization and drive sustainable growth measures across Global DEI.
+ Process Optimization: Create and oversee operational processes to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to organizational priorities on a global scale.
+ Budget Accountability: Manage financial budgets by ensuring accountability, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with strategic priorities, while fostering transparency in financial decision-making.
+ Data-Driven Insights: Analyse key performance indicators to measure outcomes, assess strategic effectiveness, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement globally.
Leadership:
+ Strategic Partner: Ability to translate enterprise strategies into meaningful actions for teams, ensuring clarity of business objectives.
+ Stakeholder Alignment: Demonstrated ability to unite diverse stakeholders within a shared vision and purpose, driving initiatives across the matrix with clarity and measurable impact.
+ Performance and Collaboration: Expertise in creating a culture of high performance, promoting global collaboration, and driving accountability for continuous team experiences.
