You will be responsible for restructuring and growing a high-performing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team, delivering measurable outcomes through intelligent automation, and embedding RPA capabilities into the DNA of our business operations.
If you have a track record of rebuilding and maturing automation teams, aligning automation portfolios with business priorities, and leading UiPath implementations at scale — we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities

+ Set the strategic vision for enterprise automation, aligning it with business outcomes and stakeholder needs across product, operations, and technology.
+ Refactor existing RPA teams and processes, identifying opportunities to increase velocity, standardize frameworks, and improve reliability.
+ Build and manage a high-performing RPA Center of Excellence (CoE) including solution architects, developers, and business analysts.
+ Champion a robust automation pipeline intake and prioritization process, working cross-functionally with senior business leaders to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
+ Define and enforce best practices for automation development, including exception handling, logging, security, and reusability.
+ Drive the adoption of UiPath’s platform capabilities, including Automation Hub, Orchestrator, Studio, and AI Center.
+ Monitor and report on automation performance metrics (ROI, accuracy, time savings) and continuously optimize for scale.
+ Evaluate and integrate intelligent automation tools (AI/ML, OCR, NLP) to augment RPA workflows.
+ Serve as a thought leader and advocate for automation across the organization.
Qualifications and Experience
+ 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with 5+ years in RPA leadership roles.
+ Proven expertise in UiPath implementation at scale, including advanced knowledge of UiPath Orchestrator, Studio, and governance models.
+ Demonstrated experience restructuring teams and automation delivery processes, building from the ground up or turning around underperforming functions.
+ Strong experience leading cross-functional teams, with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing RPA teams.
+ Experience leading vendor partnerships and managing global development resources.
+ Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery, DevOps for RPA, and automation pipeline management tools.
+ Deep understanding of business process optimization, workflow design, and automation use case identification.
+ Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to translate business needs into automation opportunities.
+ Optional but strongly preferred: experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, fintech, banking, insurance, or financial services, where automation must align with compliance, privacy, and security requirements.
Preferred Skills
