General Summary:

As a member of Product Management team, directs a comprehensive product strategy with emphasis on GenAI technology and mapping it to HW & SW to drive product conception and definition through end of life. Promotes use of new technologies and industry-leading trends.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong understanding on the challenges and best practices of deploying GenAI systems at scale for efficient inference at Data centerDeep knowledge of neural network algorithms, trends in ML space and challenges associated with deployment.Ability to drive system level analysis of GenAI models and understand associated tradeoffs on model size, performance, accuracy/quality, power and benchmarks towards defining HW/SW roadmaps5+ years of Product Management or related work experience. Solid understanding of machine learning (ML) models and inferencing techniques on general purpose and domain specific accelerators – NPU5+ years of product management or engineering development experience for ecosystem, product development process, release cadence and geo specific partners.Experience training and/or deploying deep learning applications across ASIC enginesBackground with different AI SW stack solutions including Qualcomm and other industry players in Mobile, IoT, Automotive or Industrial markets would be a strong value addExperience in Agentic AI, Hybrid AI design would be a strong plusExecution oriented and track record of driving on time deliverables to customers with aggressive schedulesExposure working and implementing GEN AI would be a strong plusStrong communication and presentation skills
 

Principal Duties And Responsibilities

Defining ML inference optimization solutions roadmap encompassing AI/GenAI technology, HW, SW across multiple platforms and product linesConsistently and sustainably advance the state of AI, including setting and executing against roadmaps for 6-month plus timeframesWork towards long-term ambitious research, development and productization goals, planning and successfully executing and intermediate milestones working with various internal stakeholdersDefine use cases and develop methodology and benchmarks to evaluate different approachesPrepares and delivers highly complex technical presentations regarding state of the art in AI, and taking the lead on development and design innovation of new and complex products to articulate differentiation of products to customer and identify trendsTranslates customer feedback and external environment into potential changes for the differentiated product roadmap and communicates this to senior leadersEnsures successful cross-functional collaboration by ensuring that agreed upon KPIs and specifications are met for a new, complex product(s), upon delivery by engineering teamWork and collaborate with cross-functional teams, build relationships with stakeholdersprovides this information to guide design conversationsCompletes product development and definition activities for a new or highly complex, owned product, including determination of cost and impact, and interacts with sales team to generate forecastsHolds self and team(s) accountable for remaining up to date on competitors, technological advances, and the product ecosystem and taking the lead on development and design innovation of new and complex products to articulate differentiation

 

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Humanities, or related field.
• 10+ years of Product Management or related work experience.

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:

$227,700.00 - $341,500.00

The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted.
