Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. **REQUIREMENTS** + Overall 8+ years of IT experience + 3-5 years of related professional experience, analysing business, systems, and user processes + Strong customer and user focus, relationship management and ability to collaborate across a matrix organization. + 3+ years of experience as a product owner + 3+ years of experience in managing requirements for Web Application development + 2+ years of experience with the Agile methodology + Product Owner certification (CSPO from Scrum Alliance) - Preferred + Demonstrated ability to communicate appropriately to ensure a team’s success. + Domain expert in business applications + Strong accountability planning/organization, and teamwork + Highly developed interpersonal skills to deal with sensitive, emotional, or potentially controversial situations. + Previous experience with Agile methodologies and working with a cross-functional team. + Effective communication and presentation skills, both oral and written + Familiarity with project management methodologies + Excellent oral and written communication skills **Posting Dates:** Caterpillar is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EEO).
