Senior Digital Product Manager

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager that will work within our SDI Digital Capabilities team to deliver our next generation experience platform for Commercial Bank Customers. This group developer tools, platforms, experiences and services that provide foundational capabilities for WF product & application development. In this role, you will:

Lead or participate in variety of complex functions within the digital environmentContribute to large-scale planning related to the execution of the digital strategyReview and analyze complex content strategy/creation, customer experience, analytics/research or product management that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factorsIndependently resolve complex issuesLead team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of digital initiatives, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirementsCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsPotentially lead projects, teams or provide direction to junior staff on less complex digital initiatives


Required Qualifications:

4+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationProduct Lifecycle Management (PLC) across multiple teams in collaboration with leadership


Desired Qualifications:

4+ years working with cross functional product teams to deliver digital productsPortfolio or Program Management and familiarity working with Scrum or Agile teams (i.e. developer customers & technical stakeholders)Strategic planning, journey or road mappingExcellent written & verbal communication at multiple levels along with presentation (PPT)OKR's & Reporting proficiency (i.e. Excel, PowerBI or similar) and deliveryOrganized & refined backlogs cross-functionally with multiple teamsExperience with platform development for end-users & internal customersVersant in SDLC and agile delivery methodsStrong understanding of agile project management and different frameworks and any corresponding certifications (i.e. SAFe, CSPO, etc.)
