About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager within our Commercial and Corporate bank to support our Vantage web and mobile experience.
In this role, you will:
Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise.Act as key participant in large-scale planning.Review and analyze complex digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area.Make decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements.Turn product vision and voice of the customer into actionable epics, stories, and technical requirements in partnership with design, engineering, and other product partners. Actively own the prioritization and grooming of a clearly understood product area or journey.Coordinate highly complex activities and guidance to others.Inspire and lead a high performing, cross functional team.Identify and build relationships with key partners and stakeholders to communicate product vision, strategies, and priorities while soliciting and incorporating feedback.Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise.Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact.Serve as an expert advisor to leadership.

A BS/BA degree or higher.Experience in financial services, preferably commercial or corporate bankingExperience building end-user facing mobile applications across multiple form factors and platformsDemonstrated success in end-to-end product or channel management experience, from discovery through execution; 2-3 years’ experience developing strategy, roadmaps, business cases for a product or serviceFamiliarity with Commercial & Investment Banking use cases, opportunities, and challenges and how those can be resolved with digital solutions.Experience with rapid prototyping via wireframing, prototyping or other similar methodsAbility to translate business needs into complex analysis, designs and recommendations. Uses analysis to identify and define business requirements, while supporting the validity of the final productExperience leading major online/mobile customer programs, and experience with significant platform/product redesign definitions and launchesStrong relationship development skillsAbility to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all level of team membersAbility to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goalsExperience in product management/development, program management, strategy, marketing and/or related position in a consumer-oriented, technology-dependent environment in financial services or related industriesExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills4+ years’ experience with Agile practices and frameworks to include Scrum, Kanban, and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Sharepoint.Job Expectations:
