Data Product Strategy & Development: Lead the coordination between Global Data & Insight Analytics (GDIA), product teams, Dealer Experience (DAE), and field operations to define, create, and deliver robust data products and impactful visualizations. Proactively develop and define new, strategic metrics that align with evolving business needs and data capabilities, translating high-level objectives into measurable outcomes. Act as a key liaison, aligning with product owners on critical metrics they want to track, and solutioning them from ideation through execution in collaboration with GDIA. Data Governance & Quality Assurance: Consistently audit, track, and ensure the highest quality and sourcing integrity of data powering various digital dashboards and data products. Cross-functional Collaboration & Training: Collaborate extensively with internal teams to gather comprehensive data on dealership success, using these insights to inform and strategically adjust training programs aimed at enhancing dealership operational efficiency. Lead coordination efforts with the Dealer Hub team, GDIA, and product teams to ensure seamless and successful digital product launches for Dealers. Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions to product and field operations teams, empowering them with the knowledge to effectively use and interpret various data dashboards. Insights & Communication Leadership: Present new dashboards and key metric tracking methodologies to diverse stakeholders, driving understanding, adoption, and data-driven decision-making.
