Senior Digital Marketing Specialist (Web Experience Strategist)

This position is based in our Bucharest location.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Web Experience Strategist to play a crucial role in driving development and execution of digital experience initiatives. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital strategies to enhance engagement and optimize user experience for better direct web conversion. Your expertise in web operations will enable you to develop and execute the digital roadmap for 2025 and help layout the foundation for 2026 and beyond.
+ Analyze user behavior and optimize touchpoints to drive key performance indicators.
+ Architecture and configuration for overall tag management.
+ Tagging strategy to capture relevant data across digital touchpoints.
+ Manage Google Tag Management and Adobe Launch scripts.
+ Liaison with UX, brand and eCommerce to drive the web product content strategy
+ Manage Solstice front and backend web development.
+ Develop strategy and best practices for various web sections, themes, page types and components.
+ Support of editorial calendar for homepage content updates as well as ongoing updates to other site sections.
+ Leverage web analytics and performance metrics to drive data-informed decision making, closely tracking conversion rates, traffic sources, and engagement patterns.
+ Ideate and identify opportunities for new editorial and content based on company priorities, global, local and regional needs as well ad industry and competitive trends.
+ Grow and enhance visitor engagement through experimentation, personalization, A/B testing initiatives, and performance optimization.
+ Proactively manage web privacy compliance and security.
+ Strong command of website architectures and taxonomies
+ Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in the web strategy space, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
+ Collaborate with cross functional teams, including sales, product, and marketing, to define and execute data-driven web strategies.
+ Minimum of 6 years in website experience management, digital marketing and web technologies.
+ Proficiency in CMS platforms (Adobe Experience Manager, etc.) and web (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
+ Self-starter who can make proactive strategies through cross-functional initiatives.
+ Strong English skills (written and verbal).
+ Strong background in B2B spaces (healthcare, manufacturing, Industrial, Pharma).
+ Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
+ A passion for data with an ability to extract actional insights from web technologies.
**WE VALUE**
+ An associate's or bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Management or a related field.
+ Familiarity with website CMS and AI-driven automation capabilities
+ Ability to quickly adapt to fast-changing business priorities and developments – capable of synthesizing complex inputs from multiple stakeholders and distilling them into clear, actionable plans.
+ Corporate and agency leadership experience.
+ Strong project management skills and familiarity with common task management tools (Adobe Workfront, etc.) for project tracking efforts.
+ Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and across global cultures.
+ Strong follow-up, time management, business acumen, and leadership skills.
