Senior Digital Marketing Specialist (Marketing Analytics)

This position is based in our Bucharest location.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Senior Data Analytics Specialist** to play a crucial role in driving data driven insights and analytics to optimize operational efficiency and improve decision-making within the Marketing organization. You will work with cross-functional teams and guide them to address business demand and develop thoughtful solutions, including recommendations to improve marketing strategies, processes and customer satisfaction. Your expertise in data analytics will be key in ensuring data integrity and accuracy at Solstice Advanced Materials.
**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Responsible for tracking, measuring, and reporting on various marketing activities, providing insights to improve performance and generate demand.
+ Develop and maintain comprehensive data models from a variety of sources to provide a unified view, connecting the dots across all MarTech platforms
+ Integrate various digital marketing tools and platforms to ensure seamless data flow, accurate tracking and attribution of marketing activities.
+ Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms, troubleshooting as necessary
+ Generate impactful and actionable insights to optimize and improve marketing efforts
+ Collaborate with the Digital Marketing and Customer Marketing teams to set up, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns using data-driven insights.
+ Conduct in-depth analysis of data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
+ Monitor and report on overall marketing performance and provide actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders
+ Create reports, dashboards and presentations to communicate results to stakeholders.
+ Manage monthly marketing analytics report out to senior leadership
+ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics to continuously improve marketing strategies.
+ Configure and maintain Salesforce and PowerBI dashboards to visualize marketing performance and pipeline metrics across campaign touchpoints.
+ Analyze campaign performance data to identify gaps and recommend specific business actions to optimize lead flow, engagement, and conversion KPIs.
+ Ensure end-to-end marketing attribution models are accurately implemented and measured across platforms, enabling precise ROI and funnel reporting.
+ Develop dashboards and performance reviews to share insights and recommendations with marketing and sales stakeholders
+ Regularly test and iterate to improve deliverability, engagement, and campaign ROI
+ Monitor and report on business KPIs – form conversions, pipeline, influenced activity and revenue
**MUST HAVE**
+ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
+ Minimum 6 years' experience in digital marketing, marketing analysis, business analytics, or related fields
+ Advanced knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools like Salesforce and Marketo
+ Proven experience in customer marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role with a strong focus on data analytics.
+ Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
+ Experience working with Adobe Analytics and data visualization tools such as Tableau and PowerBI
+ Familiarity with APIs, data integration methodologies, data operations, etc.
+ Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. Ability to present data in a digestible way.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
+ Strong analysis skills with the ability to connect the dots across all martech platforms
