**About The Role**
The Senior Digital Marketing Manager for Fashion, Home & LUX is responsible for leading the performance marketing agenda across both offline and online stores. This role serves as the strategic owner of full-funnel media planning across SEM, paid social, programmatic, retargeting, and referrals, with a clear focus on commercial & customer outcomes.
The role is responsible for shaping strategy, guiding external partners and collaborating with internal stakeholders to align plans against the wider business priorities to ensure a seamless execution by the team and support functions.
This role will apply a strong understanding of consumer behaviour, data-driven decision making and media platform capability to ensure they are the strategic voice across the organization. This role will influence SLT stakeholders and ensure digital investment decisions are well-informed, measured, and impactful.
**What You’ll Be Doing**
**Strategic Roles and Responsibilities**
· Leads the digital marketing strategy for Fashion, Home & LUX ensuring alignment with commercial & customer goals.
· Influence cross-functional leaders to champion performance marketing over traditional non-measurable media.
· Drive strategic digital investment decisions through clear ROI models, revenue attribution, and consumer insight.
**Functional Roles and Responsibilities**
· Own the planning and optimization of paid media campaigns including SEM, paid social, display, retargeting, referrals, and programmatic.
· Guide and oversee the performance of external agencies to ensure alignment with strategy, budgets, and performance goals.
· Collaborate with affiliate and SEO leads to ensure digital performance campaigns amplify wider channel performance.
· Leverage advanced audience segmentation and personalization tactics in partnership with CRM for full-funnel optimization.
· Serve as the senior performance marketing voice in department-wide initiatives, campaign planning, and calendar alignment.
· Partner with brand marketing, content, and merchandising teams to ensure assets and narratives meet platform needs.
· Work closely with product, UX, and dev teams to improve customer journey and increase on-site intent and conversion.
**People Management Roles and Responsibilities**
· Lead a team of Digital Marketing professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to help them grow their skills and advance their careers.
· Ensure the team is up to date with the latest trends across Digital Marketing to provide opportunities for continuous learning and development.
· As the most senior leader within the team, you are to set the standard and have a “coach” mentality across all team members to strive towards.
· Foster a “test & learn” mentality.
· Working with your direct line reports, you will set regular development reviews and performance appraisals in line with the department head’s process.
· Target and KPI setting based on business requirements
**About You**
· A degree in Marketing/Business Administration is preferred but not required.
· Google, META & other ad platform certification is a plus but not a requirement.
· 7+ years of digital marketing experience, in fashion, beauty, or multi-brand e-commerce retail.
· Proven ability to scale paid media campaigns with multi-million-dollar budgets across GCC markets.
· Hands-on experience working with media agencies and internal cross-functional teams.
· Strong exposure to retail or omni-channel environments.
· Big-picture thinker with a test-and-learn mindset and a deep understanding of conversion funnels.
· Expert in digital platforms: Google Ads, Meta, Programmatic DSPs, Affiliate platforms, Google Analytics, etc.
· Budget management across live channels.
· Proficient in data analysis, campaign reporting, and tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau or similar.
· Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with Strong presentation/presenting skills – ability to influence without authority.
· A self-starter with high ownership and the ability to operate under pressure.
