**The Opportunity**
The Senior Digital Health Solutions Consultant will lead the strategic growth and adoption of Abbott's Digital Health portfolio, driving value realization and revenue through deep client partnerships, key focus on high customer satisfaction, market expansion, and long-term value-based solutions selling. This individual is a commercial leader and advisor who identifies opportunities beyond current coverage that address customer needs, unlocks value across various healthcare systems, adjacent markets, and influences while building strong relationships with key decision-makers including senior leadership stakeholders.
**What You’ll Work On**
+ Strategic Account Development: Partner with existing clients to achieve value realization of AlinIQ solutions & uncover new business opportunities, maximize solution adoption and drive long-term value creation.
+ New Market Growth: Identify white space markets and segments within healthcare and adjacent industries, translating insights into tangible go-to-market strategies & initiatives.
+ C-Suite Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, articulating business outcomes, digital transformation value and key innovation roadmap inputs.
+ Commercial Leadership: Collaborate with regional and global commercial teams to build scalable revenue strategies aligned with market trends and customer needs. • Insight-Led Selling: Lead consultative engagements rooted in data, outcomes and healthcare strategy to position Abbott’s AlinIQ offerings as must-have solutions.
+ Cross-Functional Leadership: Champion coordination across sales, product, delivery/implementation, support teams to ensure a cohesive client experience and success.
+ Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory shifts; proactively translate these insights into internal enablement and external customer value.
+ Revenue Accountability: Own and deliver commercial outcomes including pipeline growth, customer renewals, upsells and new revenue through client acquisitions.
+ Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive growth of Abbott’s digital health solutions, focusing on value realization and upsell opportunities
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, life sciences, medical technology, or equivalent experience required.
+ Minimum 7 years’ experience in strategic sales, account management, business development, or digital transformation roles, ideally in healthcare or health tech.
+ Proven success engaging with executive leadership and complex customer environments.
+ Strong understanding of healthcare systems, digital health ecosystems, healthcare markets & industry trends, customer success principles and enterprise sales models (i.e. SaaS).
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Advanced degree (e.g. MBA) or certification in strategic management, healthcare administration or digital health; IT consulting or healthcare technology consulting experience.

The base pay for this position is $97,300.00 – $194,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
