The Senior Project Manager will lead implementation projects for customers, manage project plans, and ensure quality and timely delivery. Responsibilities include defining project goals, managing risks, overseeing financials, and coaching team members, focusing on customer success with Blue Yonder products.
Your role• Project management in Professional Services implementation of BY Products
• Define and document project goal / scope / stakeholders aligned with client vision and transformation strategies (roadmaps)
• Plan, direct and lead projects that deploy BY’s technology solutions to drive value for clients by transforming how they create and service their products
• Conduct quality, risk and configuration management
• Work closely with project team and BY’s relevant organizations to manage comprehensive solution approach, deliverables, schedule and risk in conjunction with controlling changes
• Own the financials of the program including cost, revenue, and margin
• Own the BY DTAS (Digital Thread Advisory Services) relationship with the client
• Manage the customer account as well as the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of programs or multiple or large-scale projects
• Define, align and document client vision and transformation strategies (roadmaps)
• Support new business opportunities and project growth within the current project by selling incremental value or defining and developing the next step of client roadmaps
• Work closely with Sales and Services Business Development to craft comprehensive account plans and strategies
• Support and coach new team members with a ramp-up plan
• Minimum of 10 years demonstrated project management experience in leading projects or programs
• Minimum of 5 years demonstrated IT solution implementation in SaaS environment.
• Functional experience in any of the following industries: Retail, Planning, Supply Chain.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Supply Chain, or comparable degree
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification / competencies (preferred)
• Willingness to travel (30-50%)
