Location: Remote (this role can be based anywhere in the US.) 

Reports To: Creative Director

We’re looking for a strategic, systems-thinking Senior Digital Designer to lead the visual design of our digital experiences across web, email, advertising, motion graphics, and social media. You’ll play a key role in shaping the visual language of our brand while crafting compelling, user-centric solutions that support and inspire entrepreneurs.

You bring a sharp eye for design, a deep understanding of user behavior, and a collaborative spirit. You're not only fluent in design tools—you think in terms of systems and scalable experiences. This role requires a creative leader who thrives at the intersection of brand, design, and user experience. To succeed, you must be a thought leader who actively defines and institutes best practices for design, while fostering innovation to address evolving consumer expectations and advances in technology. You will also actively demonstrate the importance of collaboration, teamwork, and empathy for the end user in everything he/she does. You will collaborate with internal departments and collect feedback to ensure our digital products best help to drive our mission of supporting entrepreneurs.


 

What You'll Do

Digital Design

Own the concepting and execution of high-impact digital projects: websites, landing pages, emails, social content, paid ads, presentations, and motion graphics.

Serve as the design SME (Subject Matter Expert) across digital touchpoints, ensuring each execution delivers both brand integrity and user value.

Proven ability to ideate and contribute to campaign concepts across international, multi-touch marketing efforts—ensuring design solutions align with global strategy, cultural context, and channel-specific goals.

Translate strategy and data-driven insights into thoughtful visual design decisions.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners—including UX, development, copy, and marketing—to bring ideas to life in a user-friendly and technically feasible way.

Stay ahead of digital design trends and emerging technologies to keep our brand visually innovative and relevant.

Analyze data-driven insights and user research to inform design decisions.

Maintain an understanding of accessibility standards and how they inform design decisions.

Brand Stewardship

Champions and enforces brand guidelines in the digital space.

Uphold and evolve our visual identity across all digital platforms.

Develop and manage internal assets for our design team, including templates (email, LP’s, One pagers) and libraries (icons, logos, UI screens, etc).

Contribute to and maintain a scalable design system with consistent components and styling guidelines.

Advocate for brand consistency while pushing the creative envelope.

Collaboration & Leadership

Partner with developers to ensure pixel-perfect execution of creative across digital builds.

Provide mentorship and guidance to other designers; offer feedback that uplifts the team and elevates the work.

Foster a culture of creativity, inclusion, and innovation within the design team.

Balance big-picture thinking with detail-oriented design craft.

What You Bring

6+ years of professional experience in digital or graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing multi-platform work.

Bachelor’s degree or MBA; or equivalent combination of education and experience in Graphic Design or related field and eight or more years specialized training or professional experience is preferred

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and After Effects/Premiere (bonus). Experienced in Google Suite & Microsoft 365

Exceptional design systems thinking and meticulous attention to detail.

Strong communication and presentation skills — you can confidently articulate the "why" behind your design choices.

Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously using a project management system. Experience with Wrike a plus.

Encourage initiative and forward-thinking among team members while reinforcing the need for collaboration and consistency across the channels and deliverables.

Comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback to strengthen team collaboration and quality of work.

Committed to meeting deadlines and skilled at handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Basic knowledge of print design and prep is preferred.
