Senior Digital Analytics Specialist

Location: Remote Duration: 6 months Overview: CTG is looking for a highly skilled Senior Digital Analytics Specialist to support our client's digital banking initiatives. This role involves conducting advanced statistical and quantitative analysis of digital data to provide actionable insights that drive digital growth, improve customer experience, and optimize digital strategies. Primary Responsibilities: Contribute to the continuous enhancement of strategic and ad-hoc analytics capabilities for Digital Banking. Develop data-driven reports to support management decisions related to digital content and strategy. Conduct detailed data analysis and ensure quality control of all analytics reports and dashboards. Create innovative methodologies to assess digital opportunities and market potential. Develop dashboards and automated reporting solutions for stakeholders. Deliver actionable insights from data mining, segmentation, profiling, and quantitative analysis. Collaborate with business partners to operationalize analytics findings into digital strategies. Work with Digital Marketing and Content teams to measure campaign effectiveness. Train stakeholders on analytics tools, dashboards, and data interpretation. Adhere to company risk and compliance standards and identify any issues for escalation. Maintain and uphold internal control standards and contribute to audit readiness. Perform other related duties as required. Scope of Responsibilities: Analyze digital customer behavior and engagement to inform enhancements to digital banking products and platforms. Translate business objectives into analytics solutions and track performance against KPIs. Serve as a strategic partner for digital initiatives across various departments. Provide expert-level data storytelling to influence business outcomes. Supervisory/Managerial Responsibilities: This position does not include supervisory responsibilities but requires cross-functional collaboration and leadership through influence. Education and Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years’ experience in marketing, product management, financial services, analytics, or data management OR In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years’ relevant combined education and/or experience 5+ years of hands-on experience with SQL Proficiency in SAS and/or Python for data analysis Strong understanding of statistical concepts Proven analytical and problem-solving skills Experience interpreting technical data and presenting insights to non-technical audiences Excellent verbal and written communication skills Education and Experience Preferred: Master’s degree in a related field Experience in Financial Services industry Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques such as linear regression, time series analysis, cluster analysis, and segmentation Experience with web analytics tools and tag management platforms Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
