Senior Digital Analyst — Data Strategy & Business Impact

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Digital Analyst with a strategic mindset—someone who sees analytics as a lever for business growth, not just a reporting function. In this role, you will own the analytical vision for the business, ensuring every insight delivered is actionable and drives real impact for stakeholders across Data, Marketing, Product, and Growth. You’ll be the bridge between data, strategy, and business, using advanced analytics and technical skill to enable and shape decision-making at the broader Fever group level, including DICE.

What You’ll Do Lead analytics projects from ideation through to delivery, always ensuring alignment with Fever’s business objectives. Collaborate with the rest of the Data organization (including ML Engineering, Data Science, Data Engineering) to turn data into high impact through critical initiatives around marketing optimization, pricing, personalization, etc. Partner with Marketing, Product, and Growth teams to identify opportunities, design experiments, and provide recommendations that drive measurable value. Be closely connected to other companies part of the Fever group to maintain best practices and integrated data collection across the whole ecosystem Use and extend Mixpanel, Google Analytics, and app analytics platforms to deep-dive into user journeys, optimize funnels, and understand retention/churn. Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards and advanced reporting using SQL, Python, and BI tools. Build and maintain attribution models to evaluate and optimize marketing spend and channels. Contribute to a culture of data-driven experimentation and innovation. About You 5+ years’ experience in digital/data analytics, with a proven record of influencing business outcomes through analytics. Strong hands-on expertise with Mixpanel, Google Analytics, and app analytics solutions. Advanced SQL and Python skills (comfortable with ETLs, automation, and large-scale data processing). Experience building and interpreting attribution models and working with marketing datasets (paid/organic, web/app, MMPs). Comfortable designing, running, and analyzing A/B and multivariate experiments. Excellent business acumen: able to translate business needs into analytics solutions, and analytics into business impact. Confident communicator: able to challenge, influence, and align both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proactive, strategic thinker, comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Fluent in English. What we offer Opportunity to have a real impact in a high-growth modern company.
