**Senior DevOps - Salesforce**
**What you’ll do**
Your mission as a Senior DevOps - Salesforce will be leading a team of engineers to develop and maintain software solutions by translating user stories into functional code using modern design patterns and architectural principles. The individual will guide team members through technical challenges, ensuring adherence to the squad’s technology strategy and producing high-quality, well-documented, efficient, and maintainable code. They will drive testing and deployment processes, ensuring robust unit testing for solution quality, and mentor squad members on technical best practices. Additionally, the role includes improving operational efficiency through the SDLC Toolchain, defining and communicating a shared technical vision, and collaborating with Lead Engineers to manage cross-squad dependencies. The individual will assist the Product Owner in defining clear stories and acceptance criteria, provide input on resourcing, onboard new engineers, manage technical debt, and work with team leaders and developers to deliver comprehensive solutions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead squad engineers to build and maintain software solutions, translating user stories from the backlog into working code using modern design patterns and architectural principles.
+ Guide and help team members resolve technical challenges, leveraging the squad’s technology strategy.
+ Ensure the squad produces high-quality, well-documented, efficient, and maintainable code aligned with standards.
+ Drive testing and deployment processes, ensuring adequate unit testing for solution quality.
+ Mentor and coach squad members on technical best practices and principles.
+ Improve operational efficiency by leveraging the SDLC Toolchain.
+ Define and communicate a shared technical and architectural vision, ensuring the solution meets its intended purpose.
+ Collaborate with Lead Engineers and squads to track, solve, escalate, and manage cross-squad dependencies and impediments.
+ Assist the Product Owner in defining clear stories and acceptance criteria.
+ Offer input on resourcing for bottleneck resolution and onboard new engineers within frameworks and engineering practices.
+ Manage technical debt, including vulnerability scanning.
+ Work with team leaders and developers (SFDC, SFMC, full-stack, testers) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ Language Level: Advanced English
+ Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
+ Expertise in Systems Integration (REST API, Webhook).
+ Functional knowledge of Marketing Cloud.
+ Functional knowledge of Full Stack tools (e.g., Content Stack, React, NextJS).
+ Experience with FFLib framework.
+ Familiarity with design patterns.
+ Experience in source code management using Git/BitBucket.
+ Proficiency with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
+ Experience working within Agile and Scrum frameworks.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Strong technical problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.
+ Fluent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
+ Experience mentoring and coaching teams to improve technical capabilities.
