Senior DevOps Engineer (Remote)

As we grow, we're looking for a talented DevOps Engineer to help us scale and optimize our development and deployment processes.
As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll play a key role in deploying product updates, troubleshooting production issues, and implementing integrations that align with customer needs. You’ll collaborate across teams to drive automation, improve infrastructure, and ensure our systems are secure, scalable, and high performing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and maintain tools and infrastructure to streamline development and deployment.
• Automate and enhance CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
• Collaborate with developers to review code and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Monitor system performance, analyze logs, and resolve issues proactively.
• Partner with cybersecurity and software engineering teams to ensure compliance and secure architecture.
• Manage cloud infrastructure and support backup and recovery strategies.
• Maintain detailed documentation of systems, processes, and security protocols.
• Support incident response, configuration management, and system monitoring.
Skills and Abilities:
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, and/or Python.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, CI/CD tools, and SQL.
• Experience managing databases like PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Ability to create custom scripts and configure automation tools.
• Strong understanding of DevOps and Agile principles.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
