What You'll Do:

Provide strong technical expertise, build high-performing DevOps pipelines, and enhance our DevOps processes for clients. Establish and maintain effective communication and collaboration with both clients and engineering teams. Analyze project requirements, contribute to scope definition, and review/create accurate work estimates. Design, specify, and review robust architecture designs for infrastructure and DevOps solutions on AWS. Solve complex technical challenges that arise during project implementation, providing expert guidance and solutions. Engage in hands-on DevOps coding and implementation of deliverables and work products. Design and implement comprehensive application-level monitoring and logging solutions for enhanced observability.

What You'll Bring:

5+ years of hands-on experience in infrastructure automation and software delivery leveraging AWS and modern DevOps practices. Proven ability to work effectively with distributed teams, providing clear technical guidance and strong leadership. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate directly and effectively with peers, managers, and clients while leading the team. Solid understanding of the common challenges associated with cloud migrations and modernizations, and the ability to strategically choose the optimal path based on prior experience. Comprehensive understanding of the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and functional specification authoring to development, testing, and delivery. Deep expertise in application observability patterns and site reliability engineering (SRE) principles and practices. Extensive experience working with large-scale, distributed infrastructure environments. In-depth experience with the AWS cloud platform, including core services such as EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, ECS/EKS, RDS, and Lambda. Strong practical experience with key DevOps tools, including CloudFormation/Terraform, Jenkins, Ansible, and others. Hands-on experience with Linux and/or Windows operating systems, containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), databases, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash). A strong awareness of relevant security standards and compliance frameworks (e.g., PCI DSS, HIPAA).

Ideally, You Also Have:

AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate or Professional certification. AWS Certified SysOps Associate or DevOps Engineer – Professional certification.
