Kforce has a client in Boston, MA that is seeking a Senior Development Accountant. Responsibilities: * Collaborate with external partners to prepare and submit funding and loan documentation for active and upcoming projects * The Senior Development Accountant will prepare periodic financial reports for each project, including budget variance analysis, account reviews, and journal entry preparation * Manage project accounting structures and reporting categories within the financial system * Coordinate with financial institutions on project-related matters such as credit applications * Work with project teams to develop and update budgets * Compile year-end audit and tax documentation for project entities as needed * The Senior Development Accountant will monitor and analyze project-related financial accounts to ensure accuracy and facilitate the release of restricted funds * Review and process payment requests and vendor invoices
