Kforce is working with a client in search of a Senior Developer - UKG Workforce Management, to join their team in NY! This position is full-time, direct hire and hybrid. Overview: In this role, the Senior Developer is responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) solutions, as well as integrating UKG Pro with other systems using Boomi. You will also collaborate closely with HR and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Responsibilities: * Ensure functionality and performance of the cloud application, along with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to UKG Pro and Boomi integrations * Provide technical support to end-users by diagnosing, resolving, and documenting application errors * Assist in assessing upcoming UKG Pro WFM releases for enhancements and new functionality, and participate in the testing, deployment, and stabilization of these releases * Develop, configure, and maintain UKG WFC WIM interfaces * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to UKG WFC integrations * Provide support to end users of the UKG WFC system by diagnosing, resolving and documenting application errors * Develop, configure, and maintain UKG Pro Workforce Management solutions * Integrate UKG Pro with other systems using Boomi * Collaborate with HR and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions * Ensure the functionality and performance of the cloud application * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to UKG Pro and Boomi integrations * Provide technical support and training to end-users * Provide support to end users of the UKG Pro WFM system by diagnosing, resolving and documenting application errors * Assist with assessing upcoming UKG Pro WFM releases for enhancement and new functionality; Assists in the testing, deployment, and stabilization of these releases
