Key Responsibilities Mentor junior developers and support team growth. Collaborate on building: Data ingestion pipelines (e.g., Databricks). Live production monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana). CI/CD systems (Jenkins, Docker, Chocolatey). Test frameworks and software configuration management. Maintain and evolve internal libraries and hardware-in-the-loop testing tools. Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-functional meetings.
