Senior Embedded C Developer

Job Summary
The Senior Embedded C Developer plays a crucial role in the development and delivery of high-quality firmware solutions. This position emphasizes the importance of coding excellence, troubleshooting, and collaboration with both clients and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes. The developer will contribute to maintaining existing features and implementing enhancements while adhering to the organization's time, quality, and cost standards. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain And Enhance Existing Firmware Features By Troubleshooting Bugs And Resolving Ad-Hoc Requests Using Embedded C, Ensuring Timely And Quality-Driven Solutions.
2. Provide Client Support By Presenting Technical Data And Ticket Resolutions, While Actively Monitoring Client Requirements And Managing Schedules For On-Time Delivery Of Tasks Aligned With Quality Standards.
3. Create And Enhance Documentation Related To Cmmi Processes And Client Requirements, Ensuring Compliance And Clarity Throughout The Development Lifecycle.
4. Offer Technical Guidance And Mentorship To Junior Developers, Fostering An Environment Of Knowledge Sharing And Skill Development Within The Team.
5. Collaborate With Clients And Internal Stakeholders To Gather And Analyze Requirements For Firmware Development, Ensuring Alignment With Project Objectives And Timelines.Skill Requirements
1. Strong Understanding Of Embedded C Programming And Firmware Development
2. Familiarity With Cmmi Documentation And Processes
3. Good To Excellent Troubleshooting Skills And Problem-Solving Capabilities
