Join us at razorfish.com. **Overview** As a Senior Designer you will be determining initial design strategy to final sign-off, you will be involved in all phases of design development with a strong focus on execution. You will often work on several projects at a time under the direction of a design lead. **Responsibilities** + Actively participates in brainstorms and other idea-generating team sessions. + Concept work around social posts, email campaigns, rich banner ads, photo shoots and more + Work in a team dynamic with Copywriter partner + Partners with team members to ensure projects meet objectives. + Assists creative lead in research and presentation materials. + Presents work to internal teams. + Participates in new business initiatives. + Receptive to constructive criticism. + Gives continuous feedback to peers. + Completes self-reviews. + Inputs time consistently. + Actively involved in office culture. **Qualifications** + 5+ years of experience and Bachelor's or Master's degree in design, fine arts, or related field. + Exceptional portfolio that includes strong system design thinking. + Experience working on large integrated branding campaigns, with multichannel digital assets (social, email, banner ads) + Experience Working with service and e-commerce design. + Expert design and layout applications (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Sketch, After Effects, Premiere). + Good understanding of motion design and prototyping. + Experience with Finance and Financial Services clients preferred. **Additional information** The Power of One starts with our people! This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
