Job Responsibilities:
Lead and produce original illustrations that anchor creative concepts and visual narratives. Design content across a variety of deliverables — including editorial pieces, campaigns, digital assets, and social media — with illustration at the core. Translate briefs into distinctive visual storytelling rooted in illustration and supported by strong design fundamentals. Collaborate closely with creative directors, designers, and motion teams to bring illustrated ideas to life. Present illustrated work clearly and confidently to internal teams and clients. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, particularly in areas of visual storytelling and illustrative execution. Keep a pulse on illustration trends, styles, and techniques — pushing the team creatively and conceptually.Education:
Bachelor's Degree Required in Design or similar fieldExperience:
10 years of design experience, ideally in a Digital Agency or editorial environment. A portfolio that demonstrates expert-level illustration, concept development, typographic sensibility, and digital storytelling.Skills Required:
Experience with Illustration, motion design, and creative direction. Strong background in design. Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with Figma. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with precision and calm. Strong communication skills and the confidence to articulate design decisions. The ability to take vague direction.Travel Requirements:
