Overview The Senior Designer is responsible for leading the creative work. We are looking for a creative, innovative Design-based talent to join our team with focus on brand identities and guidelines. The responsibilities of the Senior Designer - Design include interpreting client briefs and turning them into creative solutions, delivering high-quality brand design output, working with the design teams, and troubleshooting design problems. To be a successful Senior Designer, you should be able to adhere to tight deadlines and manage budget constraints to deliver a great product and experience. Ultimately, a top-notch design person should have strong communication and analytical skills. Responsibilities Technical & Product Work closely with the insights and strategy team to develop breakthrough, creative ideas and articulate the ideas in the creative brief Coordinate with multi-skilled teams of designers, strategists, researchers, and production specialists including initial briefings, day-to-day direction, storyboarding, creative review meetings Lead creative presentations and orchestrate other team members to present the work Monitor and circulate the latest design-related trends information Capture and document project case studies Contribute proactively to business development efforts, existing client opportunities, proposal writing and presentations Strategic thinker and understanding of branding processes and brand identity design High ability to lead and execute branding processes from conceptualization to execution to final guidelines implementation Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency Naturally well organized and unfazed when working towards deadlines Have a sense of teamwork, and want to be part of a group of colleagues who take care of themselves, value themselves, and respect each other. Ease to express creative ideas clearly and concisely. Understand communication as an integrated “whole” and not as something on / off. Adobe CC domain and web design and Adobe Premiere knowledge for the assembly of audiovisual models. Any level of Motion graphic skills. Demonstrable experience creating and designing offline and online campaigns. High level of involvement, commitment, and responsibility. Knowledge of interactive exteriors, websites, e-mailings, landings, campaigns on RRSS Instagram, Facebook, etc. Knowledge in web design, UI and Interactive Design, and PowerPoint and Email Templates Innovative & Analytical Mindset Ideate, craft, and execute original and iconic design concepts in response to client briefs, objectives, or goals Is responsible for the proper placement, context, and meaning of every image and graphic element within a creative assignment Develop creative ideas that meet both our client's objectives as well as our business objectives, maintaining the company’s expected levels of creative excellence and professionalism Present, share and review creative work with Executive Creative Director/s, Account Management and Planning Leads as well as members of the Management Team Manage multiple projects from concept through to completion, working with both in-house resources and third-party vendors Collaborate effectively with Account Management, Planning, and the broader creative team to develop disruptive and iconic work People & Leadership Seeks others' feedback to develop self-awareness, strengths and address development area Is able to proactively raise issues to improve effective team working and collaboration Is able to communicate confidently in a clear, concise and articulate manner Collaborates with stakeholders and embraces an inclusive based environment Is able to make valuable contributions to discussions and brainstorming sessions, providing insight and point of view Able to build relationships quickly with others and engages personally with peers and clients Treats others with respect, listens to other perspectives, especially when they are different from own Able to tackle problems in a timely manner and develop contingency plans that focus on problem resolution Drives a culture of trust with Peers, clients and all other stakeholders.
