Most of all, you enjoy Designing Levels! **Key Responsibilities** + Your work will include maintaining and keeping design documentation up-to-date and keeping other teams current on changes to the features you and the team are working on. + Work closely with the Lead Designer and with relevant departments to ensure that the design goals for our features shine through in the game experience. + Along with the Lead Designer, you will help mentor and develop the Design Team + Work closely with the relevant teams and you will be expected to include them in your design process, along with reviews and improve the features being developed. + Direct and work with the design team to create, iterate and refine levels and mechanics that provide a fun, balanced and engaging experience + You should be a positive, proactive, and contributing team member, both within the team and across the studio. **Requirements** + Exceptional level building and logic implementation skills in Unreal Editor 4/5 and Blueprints + High-level understanding of what makes games fun and how to create fun experiences through design. + Be proactive, versatile, willing to learn and open to help with any part of the development process where you can. + Technical knowledge to debug and troubleshoot Design issues as they arise. + Relevant knowledge of creating game design documents and prototype specifications + Love video games. **Bonus Points** + Strong artistic knowledge and understanding of Art Dev processes. + Knowledge of architectural principles. + Knowledge of procedural programs such as Houdini. + Strong understanding of systems designs and game balancing. Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager.
