About You
As a Senior Interior Designer, you are a passionate creator with good communication and basic business knowledge. You value the opportunities to be able to create aesthetically pleasing, functional and human-centric spaces for our clients. You have a background in interior design with great design skills, and an exceptional portfolio. You are a positive member of the design team who likes to contribute and willing to learn.
Your Role
Undertake site, furniture and equipment surveysCreate Test-fit designCreate concept with strong design story, lead a team on design deliverables to meet budget and timelineManage and execute the design and documentationDeliver designs details such as using proper colour schemes and other design ideasConduct regulatory reviews; check construction drawings from supporting designer Communicate conceptual design ideas through 2D and 3D presentation/design drawingsSource and specify furniture, fixtures, finishes and equipmentDay-to-day project coordination efforts with the ability to prioritize deadlinesWork with client representatives, consultants, contractors, vendors to meet overall project objectivesCoordinate with the project management and construction teams to ensure cohesive documentation for constructionAbility to work with the team members on value-engineering to maintain the design intentOn-site coordination with consultants, contractors and vendors during construction
