Key job responsibilities
• Drive the evolution of our design language and creative systems across marketing and digital platforms
• Lead and mentor a team of designers and copywriters while setting quality benchmarks
• Develop scalable creative frameworks that balance brand consistency with performance metrics
• Establish and optimize creative workflows from conception to delivery
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact visual solutions
• Guide the development of creative assets across multiple channels and campaigns
• Build and maintain comprehensive design systems and brand guidelines
A day in the life
As a Senior Design Manager, you'll operate at the intersection of creativity and strategic leadership. Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communications, or related field
• 7+ yr of experience in design, including 3+ years in a leadership role
• Portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand design and visual systems
• Experience managing creative teams and design projects
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools and software
Preferred Qualifications
•Master's degree in Design, Business, or related field
• Experience in e-commerce or retail environments
• Track record of building and scaling design systems
• Experience working in fast-paced, data-driven environments
• Knowledge of performance marketing and conversion optimization
• Experience in managing end-to-end creative operations
