New Product Development (Work with U.S. Engineering Team) + Develop new products based on New Product Development process + Advanced design analysis to propose solution or feasibility to Marketing requirement. + Design task break down and collaborate with design engineer in U.S. team. + Design communication to propose the design and findings to U.S. functional team. + Technical risk management including identification, mitigation, tracing. + Problem solving and decision making + Design document management including design report, simulation report, DFMEA, BOM, engineering spec., etc. + Lead design activities collaborating with other functional areas, such as Product engineering, Applied Mechanics, Reliability, Supplier quality, Procurement and Manufacturing, etc. + Support the product publish work to design engineer in design support team. 2. Mechanical Structure Design and Qualification + Product layout design to determine assembly parameter and space. + Component and assembly design to achieve the function in layout. + Full and half bolted compressor design for lab development. + Lab tooling design for bolted and welded compressor assembly + Product prototype part design for critical function development in lab. + Tooling design to verify the subassembly function in lab. + Modeling and prints creation in database. + GD&T and mechanical calculation to qualify the design. 3.
