Overview:
The Deputy Program Manager (DPM) is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of a large-scale contract and its associated task orders. This role involves supervising Site Managers and the Program Management Office (PMO), ensuring high standards in recruiting, personnel management, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for all contractor-related performance matters.
Support the Program Manager (PM) in coordinating with client representatives to ensure contract requirements are met.
Help develop and implement strategies to reduce risk and maintain operational continuity.
Provide input on the technical aspects of the contract.
Lead human resources functions including hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
Oversee compensation planning and enforce company policies.
Ensure accurate reporting and timely staffing for all task orders.
Manage scheduling, organization, and supervision of all contractor personnel.
Support professional development and training initiatives.
Assist with timely delivery of services, invoicing, and financial oversight.
Address and resolve any personnel issues that may impact contract performance or company reputation.
