We're now looking for a Senior Demand Planning Manager to plan the resource requirements for a large automated retail distribution operation, you will have full responsibility for an operational flow room team, an on-site systems function and a functional training team.

\n\nTo ensure that targets around productivity, utilisation and throughput are met or exceeded.\nEnsuring that volume requirements are thoroughly modelled to assess the wider implications on site capability\nProvide leadership to your team and assisting in their growth and development across all areas of flow room, systems and training. \n\n

\n\nProven track record in demand/capacity management\nPreviously worked in highly automated warehouses with flow room capability, understanding the time critical requirements (essential)\nKnowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (essential) Korber/JDA (desirable)\nWorked within a unionised environment (desirable)\n\n
