Job Summary:

Collaborate with the Senior Demand Planning Manager to execute national sales planning initiatives. Maintain close alignment with sales, marketing, and factory production teams to develop deep operational visibility into sales demand, promotional activities, order status, and shipment tracking. Support sales operations in elevating order fulfillment rates while implementing targeted strategies to reduce non-fresh inventory levels through data-driven inventory optimization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Monthly receive forecast from MCD for core items. Verify and translate to production planning by daily level.Regularly receive forecast from MCD for LTO items. Verify unit of measure from R&D and translate to stakeholders.According the sales demand forecast to push sales to clean the unfresh stock in time. Work with order fulfillment team to review order receiving status on weekly basis; Analyze reason behind; Modify forecast to production planning.Strengthening the communication with others. Handling unexpected situations. Daring to try the new ways and means, actively to find the support of both internal and external.Align with sales team to ignite constructive solutions and push the executionOther tasks

Education:

Bachelor degree or above

Work Experience: 

With more than 5 years of experience in supply chain and planning management
