You will develop accurate demand forecasts for the Southeast Asia region. We ask that you have strong analytical capabilities, cross-functional collaboration, and a data-driven mindset to support business decisions, improve forecast accuracy, and lead supply chain efficiency. You will be reporting directly to Demand Manager, Industrial Coating.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, maintain, and improve rolling forecasts for products across the Southeast Asia markets.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to align demand assumptions and ensure forecast accuracy.
• Lead the demand planning portion of the monthly S&OP process.
• Analyse historical data, market trends, promotions, and customer input to produce accurate forecast models.
• Identify and explain forecast variances, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and recommend actions for improvement.
• Partner with supply planning to manage inventory levels and service performance.
• Support new product launches, product phase-outs, and seasonal demand changes through planning.
• Prepare demand planning reports and dashboards to support our visibility and decision-making.
• Ensure planning master data is accurate and up to date in relevant systems (e.g., SAP IBP, APO, or Excel tools)
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in demand planning, or supply chain roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft excel (can perform complex functions); experience with planning tools such as SAP IBP, APO, Oracle, or similar is an advantage.
Work across different countries and time zones.
Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to support collaboration with regional teams and stakeholders
