Seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Senior Demand Planner to join our team. In this critical role, you’ll forecast demand, manage inventory, and ensure timely and complete order fulfillment. Will directly impact our ability to deliver on our promise to customers—on time, in full.

What You’ll Do• Own demand planning and forecasting for assigned automotive electronics categories, including special orders, campaigns, and new product launches.• Analyze historical data, customer projections, and market trends to build accurate forecasts.• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, Operations, and IT to align forecasts and inventory strategies.• Maintain optimal inventory levels and implement safety stock strategies.• Monitor stock across warehouses using ERP tools and manage work orders from planning to fulfillment.• Communicate demand changes and inventory impacts to key stakeholders.• Support supplier performance reviews and collaborate with sourcing teams.• Apply Excess & Obsolescence (E&O) policies in planning decisions.• Provide backup support for Buyers as needed.Salary range $85K - $110K

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).• 8+ years in supply chain, procurement, or materials planning—preferably in electronics.• Strong analytical and forecasting skills with a data-driven mindset.• Proficiency in Excel and supply chain software (MRP, PSI); SYSPRO ERP experience is a plus.• Experience supporting national retail customers is desirable.• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.• Mandarin (Chinese) is a plus

Pay Range:

72,000.00 - 108,000.00
