**Job Description**
This is an exciting chance to create a significant impact on our Americas business by developing highly accurate demand plans and driving collaboration across various departments. **Core Responsibilities**
+ Develop demand plans by theme by month for the Americas region with high degree of accuracy.
+ Influence and drive collaboration across multiple departments (e.g. Americas marketing, business unit sales and regional finance) and address performance opportunities as identified by forecast error reviews.
+ Crafting forecasting models based on data analysis.
+ Participate and support S&OP meetings to proactively challenge forecast assumptions, articulate regionally created statistical models and market intelligence into the demand plan, and do post meeting adhoc analysis.
+ Identify gaps to key performance metrics, ideate solutions, and drive actions.
+ Reporting and analysis.
+ Support the development of annual plans, identifying and communicating gaps to target for business teams to action.
**Do your part in our team succeeding**
The role of the Senior Demand Planner is to develop the most accurate demand plans, both topline and item, and support the S&OP process in the Americas region. Conduct data analytics and visualization, collaborate with cross-functional partners to compile market intelligence, articulate insights, and refine statistical models.
The main challenges are (1) using empirical data to vet key assumptions and insights, (2) developing structured and effective working relationships with key collaborators throughout the LEGO organization, (3) engaging in a dynamic business and (4) developing the most accurate demand plans for specific themes and Business Units.
**Do you have what it takes?**
+ Experience in demand planning and knowledge of forecasting principles
+ Proven experience in planning or data science
+ Experience with statistical modeling programs, such as RStudio or Python
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills
+ Ability to translate insights into actionable plans and synthesize market intelligence
+ Highly analytical, motivated, and attention to detail
+ Consistently demonstrates individual and team leadership behaviors.
+ High degree of curiosity and a desire to experiment
+ Roles in Supply Chain Planning within Consumers Packaged Goods highly preferred
+ APICS certifications
**Relocation**
There is no relocation budget for this role.

**Compensation**
The salary for this position has a range of $90,095.00 - $135,143.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
