Millions of people around the world count on our leading brands – including Similac®, PediaSure®, Pedialyte®, Ensure®, Glucerna® – to help get the nutrients they need to live their healthiest life.Core Job Responsibilities Demand Planning & ForecastingBusiness PlanningSimulation of To-Market Sales and In-Market Sales based on the target CDOH and offtake projectionsCalculation/Calibration of In-Market Sales and To-Market Sales by SKU and channel for RLBE loadingAffiliate Demand StatementsS&OP Demand ReviewReviewing and challenge assumptions, vulnerabilities and opportunitiesBaseline forecastingForecast accuracy improvementTesting and Implementation of forecasting toolsStrategic direction and prioritization for planning tasksWorking with Demand Planning team on all risks to supply stabilityKPI tracking & trends - distributors as well as internalExcess & obsolescence reportingForecasting to ensure adequate stock levels held in depotsMaintain stock levels in line with demand and customers' expectationsManage logistics services - freight (ocean, air, surface), warehouse, 3PLPeriodic reporting and analysis both locally and globallyYou may be required to work outside of your ordinary hours of work to participate in essential training, team meetings, customer events or trade shows/conferences. These events may take place on an evening and/or weekend.Quality, Safety and EnvironmentalAttend regular departmental meetings with relevant manager/supervisor to build in continuous feedback mechanisms.Meet the requirements of ISO by complying with all relevant Quality policies and procedures to ensure the Quality objectives of the business are met.Comply with all relevant company Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental policies, procedures, and work practices with the intent of preventing or minimising accidental exposures to self, colleagues and/or the environment.
