Senior Delivery / Project Manager

We're seeking a Senior Delivery / Project Manager to join our team in Wealth Management Technology.

 

In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. As a Senior Delivery / Project Manager at Vice President level, you will oversee the delivery of key projects and programs, working closely with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and a broad set of stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives. This position is critical in structuring demand flows towards technology teams and providing clear, actionable status and delivery transparency to senior management.

What you'll do in the role:

Work in a hybrid Agile environment as a Delivery Manager, flexibly adopting Scrum Master and Project Manager responsibilities as required by the context.Oversee successful delivery of projects in the Digital Core Banking space, ensuring that milestones, deliverables and dependencies are transparent to Product owners, collaborating teams and management.Plan and conduct Agile and project ceremonies such as planning, refinement, daily stand-ups, test plan and case reviews, demos, and retrospectives.Manage relationships and communications with multiple stakeholders across the organization, as well as with external vendors and partners.Drive issue resolution, remove roadblocks, and escalate as needed to ensure project progress.Structure and manage the demand flow into technology teams, working with product owners to prioritize requirements and align resources accordingly.Help teams plan, deliver, deploy, and release new functionality, coordinating across business, technology, and operations groups.

 

What you'll bring to the role:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.10+ years of relevant experience in project management or similar roles within a large complex organization.Strong experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders, including external vendors and internal business/technology partners.Proven ability to structure and manage demand flows, prioritize competing requirements, and provide visibility into status and risks.Familiarity with project management and agile methodologies, tools, and techniques; ability to adapt approaches to the needs of the team or project.Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; ability to proactively manage change and address issues.Experience supporting delivery, deployment, and release processes in banking or financial services, especially in Core Banking, is a plus.Relevant project management and/or agile certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, ACP) is a plus.
