Who You Are

You are good at what you do and have the experience to prove it. However, just as important is having a growth mindset and being willing to drive your own personal and professional development. Required Skills and Experience:

Over 6 years of experience in project management and/or service delivery.

Strong ability to work efficiently in large organizations and lead high-performing multidisciplinary teams.

Capability to deliver end-to-end solutions by integrating multiple service areas.

Experience managing and leading large, multi-year B2B service contracts.

A consultative mindset with the ability to identify business needs and drive revenue growth.

Deep understanding of business controls and cost accounting, with the ability to manage large-scale contract P&L.

Experience in operations and delivery, team leadership (including cross-functional teams), and working under pressure.

Knowledge of vendor management, payment processes, and finance.

Previous experience in banking or financial services.

Business development mindset and commercial skills.

Ability to engage with C-level clients, identify business opportunities, and execute them.

Proven delivery experience.

 Preferred Skills and Experience::

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.

Certifications in Agile, PMP, and/or ITIL (not mandatory).

Advanced English.

Successful track record in long-term client relationship management.

Experience with Power BI and Microsoft Office tools is a plus.
