Just look up. Are you ready to go beyond? **Job Summary:** RTX Corporation is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Delivery Assurance Manager at an M5 level to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-level oversight and leadership to a team responsible for tracking repairs and interfacing with our US and International vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts. This role is critical in maintaining our on-time delivery metrics and driving continuous improvement across the supply chain. **What You Will Do:** + Lead and manage a team of delivery assurance specialists to track the progress of parts from origin to their destination, through the vendor's repair process, and back to the required location. + Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance delivery assurance processes and improve overall supply chain efficiency. + Interface with senior management at vendor organizations to negotiate terms, resolve high-level issues, and foster long-term partnerships. + Monitor and track the progress of parts at various stages, ensuring accurate and timely updates in the system. + Serve as a key liaison between internal executive leadership and vendors, ensuring alignment on delivery goals and objectives. + Analyze monthly on-time delivery metrics, identify trends, and provide detailed explanations for any deviations. + Drive the implementation of corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery performance and ensure adherence to delivery schedules. + Prepare and present comprehensive reports on delivery status, challenges, and performance metrics to senior management. + Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. + Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing delivery assurance team. + Manage relationships with international vendors and ensure compliance with licensing requirements for the use of third-party vendor software and content. + Promote and implement CORE (Customer Oriented Results and Excellence) principles to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction in delivery assurance processes. **Qualifications You Must Have:** + Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field with 10+ years of experience in a delivery assurance, supply chain, or logistics management role within the aerospace or defense industry, with a demonstrated track record of leadership at a senior level; or an Advanced degree with 7+ years of similar experience. + Must be a U.S. Citizen - this position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship. **Qualifications We Prefer:** + Advanced degree or certification in supply chain management is a plus. + Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a high-performing team. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interface with senior management at vendor organizations and internal stakeholders. + Demonstrated ability to analyze data, generate strategic reports, and present findings to executive leadership. + Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. + Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools. + Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to aerospace and defense supply chains. + Experience managing international vendors and ensuring compliance with licensing requirements. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
