About the Role:

As a Senior Delivery Assurance Manager, you’ll provide strategic leadership in the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional technology initiatives within our Technology & Global Security team. You’ll bridge business needs and technical solutions — ensuring programs are delivered with measurable value, and fostering strong partnerships across internal teams and external vendors.

What You’ll Do:

Act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to business leaders for all technology-related initiatives. Lead and oversee delivery of utility technology programs and projects. Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality from idea through execution and value realization. Provide leadership to project and program delivery teams (PMs, BAs, technical leads, etc.). Align business priorities with technology roadmaps and solution design. Ensure collaboration between internal teams and external vendors to deliver results. Facilitate intake, prioritization, and governance processes for technology projects. Champion the integration of business strategies and enterprise technology capabilities. Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and fiscal accountability across the portfolio. Stay current on trends in technology and delivery practices and bring forward ideas for improvement.

What You Bring:

10+ years’ experience managing large-scale programs and technology delivery initiatives. Proven experience in business relationship management, program oversight, and cross-functional leadership. Undergraduate degree in business, technology, or related field. Professional certification (PMP, PgMP, ITIL, BRMP) is required. Strong knowledge of enterprise technology environments — including cloud, systems integration, telecom, and digital platforms. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience in regulated industries (e.g., utilities, energy) is an asset.
